McCord Creek bridge construction on I-84 through the end of June may result in heavier traffic on weekends as phone apps divert drivers across the bridge. Speaking as a private citizen, I take a deep breath when there’s congestion and appreciate the beautiful river park and fantastic fireworks display paid for with bridge tolls. -James |
